Return and Refund Policy

Unlimited Returns with Full Store Credit

While we offer an unlimited timeframe to return your items, please note that all returns will be refunded as store credit equivalent to the full order value. This helps us maintain our high standards of quality and service. Please note that cancellations will also be treated as returns and will be refunded as store credit.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it-unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Self-Serve Returns (For Registered Customers): If you have a customer account, you can initiate a return directly through our self-serve returns portal. This streamlined process is quick and easy.
  • Via Email: If you don’t have a customer account, no problem! Just email us at info@dmsfasteners.com.au to start your return process.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping label and associated costs.

Return Process

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (30 days)

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work promptly to resolve it.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
