Return Process

Damages and Issues (30 days)

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work promptly to resolve it.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not.
