Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work promptly to make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

The finish of a set screw refers to its surface treatment, which enhances corrosion resistance, appearance, and durability.
- Zinc Plated Finish: Zinc plating adds a protective zinc layer that guards against corrosion. It's ideal for outdoor or moist environments due to its superior corrosion resistance.
