Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues (30 days)
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work promptly to resolve it.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
